Position Overview
Every day it is great people at KIPP that prove the possible. KIPP St. Louis Teachers Assistants provide classroom support and small group instructional care to students. Teachers Aides assist and support the teacher(s) in implementing an instructional and care program to promote academic achievement and personal development in our Kindergarten classrooms. Teachers Aids typically assist in one classroom during core instruction and lead teach one block of content each day.

Give and receive positive and constructive feedback with your colleagues

Qualifications :
The following are required:
A high school diploma or GED and 60 hours of college credit
Substitute Teaching Certification Required (or willing to get ASAP)
Experience working with students
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to accept and implement professional feedback
