Reporting to the Head of Food & Lifestyle Events the Digital Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for the strategic design implementation and management of all digital marketing activities across Food & Lifestyle Events.
Day to day you will:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email social media display ads SEO/SEM and websites.
- Develop performance measures benchmarks and assess ROI/KPIs for reporting.
- Manage external agencies and internal teams from briefing to campaign completion and reporting.
- Collaborate with Content/Brand Managers and Marketing Executives to develop and execute content strategies for digital channels.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Instagram and other platforms.
- Analyse sales campaign and website data to optimise campaigns and innovate.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and event KPIs focusing on ticket sales partner campaigns and event attendance.
- Build and execute marketing campaigns for events manage budgets procurement and invoicing.
- Implement strategies to grow and engage audiences on social media and eDM databases driving ARPU.
- Develop and manage eDM automation in Active Campaign to enhance database communication.
- Build relationships across departments ensuring online activities complement offline marketing efforts.
- Improve conversion rates through landing page optimisation and strategic tactics.
- Research market trends to discover new opportunities for customer engagement and growth.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a passion for food lifestyle and creating unique experiences.
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms (preferably Humanitix) CRM management (Active Campaign) and Wordpress/website coding.
- Experience in media planning/buying Google Analytics/ Facebook Business Manager SEO and managing creative briefs.
- Proven project management leadership networking and communication skills.
- Experience creating social strategies content scheduling and reporting using Meta.
- Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and willingness to travel interstate for shortterm work.
