Emerging Technology Group (ETG) is ServiceNows DT internal incubation group. Being customer zero for ServiceNow products we ensure the products works for us internally and delivers value as it gets in hands of our customers. As Customer Zero we implement all our technology workflows and deliver the best experience. With AI everywhere we are responsible for AI Experiences which cuts across the enterprise like Search Conversational Interfaces Automation and helping our DT developers to be productivity to build enterprise grade products on ServiceNow Platform.
We are focused on accelerating innovations and developing new concepts forwardthinking solutions and products leveraging ServiceNows Intelligent platform.

Qualifications :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business analyst to lead and drive the business operations team in ETG (Emerging Technologies group).
Key Responsibilities:
Automate and improve associated processes; be engaged in how the information you are creating is used and how to make it more useful.
Develop maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of budget
Develop and present business insights to operations and management
Be the point person for organizing events like developer summit meetups and bootcamps
Track all contract worker demands and ensure positions filled per established timelines
Open all purchase requests for contract workers in alignment with allocated budgets
Conduct periodic follow ups with vendors and hiring managers tracking progress on candidate pipelines expediting contract worker hiring
Assess risk for hiring delays and escalate potential delays
Track and expedite onboarding process for contract workers and work closely with the supplier governance team
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Post graduate degree in management with specialization in Finance with atleast 6 years experience
Experience in Business anfd Finane operations support is a must
Great organization skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to assist wherever help is needed and is proactive in looking for ways to help the team operate more efficiently.
