Job Description

- Create memorable guest experiences in a luxury 5star hotel
- Use your excellent communication skills working together with the housekeeping coordinator ensuring all guest requests completed
- Keep a wellstocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
- Let your teamwork capabilities shine supporting the housekeeping team to resolve all guest requests with efficiency and to a 5star luxury service standard
- Work together with the housekeeping team to ensure a highstandard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas
- Showcase your exceptional organisation skills ensuring all housekeeping supplies are available as needed
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience as a houseperson or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
- Physical fitness is essential as this is an active role
- Able to comfortably lift 10kg
- Safe manual handling training & experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5star service to guests
- Organisation and Efficient time management skills
