Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Maintain and monitor hardware software and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Technical Support: Provide assistance to staff with ITrelated issues including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
- Network Administration: Oversee network security upgrades and backups to protect organizational data.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for procurement and maintenance.
- Project Management: Implement and support IT projects aligned with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations licenses and user manuals.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware software networks).
- Problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA CCNA ITIL) preferred.
- Proven experience in IT coordination or related roles.
