Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for both Mercure Sydney and Ibis Sydney World Square.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing SEO and PPC.
- Create compelling content for various channels including websites social media newsletters and promotional materials.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and promote special offers packages and events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies media outlets and influencers.
- Organise and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suites Canva CapCut HTML Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Creative and strategic thinking with strong problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media management platforms).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Full working rights in Australia
