Job Description
- Assisting the Central Systems Team on standard Rate Loading processes such as Retail Rate product Partner Promotion Loading (PLP) Group Corporate and GDS Rate Distribution.
- Auditing and validating rate loading configuration in Opera Reservation System (ORS).
- Assisting Hotel users on distribute addon items marketing messages to Brand website booking engine.
- First level support for profile maintenance on Opera Customer Information System (OCIS).
Qualifications :
- A desire to have fun at work and to be part of a team!
- Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field
- Experience in Hospitality or Front office will be considerate
- Knowledge of reservations systems is desirable
- Good command of spoken and written English
- A selfmotivated strong team player able to work under pressure
