We are seeking a MidLevel Real Estate Transactions Associate to join one of our prestigious clients robust and growing Real Estate Practice Group in their Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and engage in impactful real estate matters within a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position you will:

• Draft and negotiate agreements related to acquisitions dispositions development projects and leasing.
• Provide strategic legal counsel for joint ventures and borrowerside real estate finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to navigate and complete complex real estate deals.
• Support largescale development projects and highvalue commercial transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely highquality legal advice.

• Experience:
  • 3 years of broad and sophisticated real estate experience.
  • Experience in acquisitions dispositions debt financing joint ventures development projects and leasing.
  • Experience with borrowerside finance transactions is a plus.
• Credentials:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida bar membership in good standing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in legal research drafting and negotiation.
