The Role: Corporate Associate (Capital Markets) San Francisco CA
We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on highprofile capital markets transactions in a collaborative and innovative environment.
In this position you will:
- Advise public companies on SEC compliance disclosure requirements governance and exchange matters.
- Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions including IPOs SPACs direct listings and followon offerings.

- Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active California bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
- Expertise: Knowledge of SEC compliance disclosure regulations governance and stock exchange requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively advise clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Client Focus: A passion for working with technology and life sciences companies and an ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
