We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate M&A MidLevel Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful mergers and acquisitions in a collaborative and innovative environment.
In this position you will:
- Lead and support complex M&A transactions including strategic acquisitions mergers and joint ventures.
