Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and multilingual Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Ghent. As a Customer Advisor you will play a crucial role in assisting customers resolving inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires proficiency in English and two of the following languages: Polish Lithuanian or Czech.
This is a hybrid position with a 24/7 rotating shift system providing flexibility for employees who thrive in dynamic work environments. We offer a onemonth accommodation package to support your relocation to Ghent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple languages (English Polish / Lithuanian / Czech) via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide product/service information in a clear and concise manner.
- Resolve complaints and ensure a positive customer experience by offering effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets including quality standards and response times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Fluency in two of the following languages: Polish Lithuanian or Czech.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Teamoriented and flexible to work in a rotating shift system including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus but not mandatory.
