Our client is a vendor of printing products in Kinrara Puchong.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments: Ensure that shipments are timely and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers
- Handle documents: Collect organize and prepare shipping documents and invoices
- Negotiate prices: Negotiate transportation and freight prices
- Work with customs: Work with shipping agencies to resolve customs issues
- Ensure compliance: Ensure that company rules laws and regulations are followed
- Maintain records: Maintain shipment records for easy retrieval
- Communicate: Communicate with carriers suppliers and customers
- Solve problems: Solve shipping issues and discrepancies
- Preparing paperwork: Preparing and attaching all necessary shipping documents to each package
- Scheduling: Scheduling shipments and planning logistics
- Tracking: Tracking and updating the status of shipments
- Inventory: Organizing and monitoring inventory levels
- Documenting: Documenting damages to inventory
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting shipping issues
- Verifying: Verifying all incoming shipments to be accurate
- Invoicing: Preparing detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments
- Admin: Any other Administrative tasks
Requirements
- Independent thinker and problemsolver
- Committed and willingness to learn
- Proficient in BM English & Mandarin
Remuneration
Up to MYR 3500 (Basic)
