The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking a midlevel associate to join our national Privacy Litigation team in our Chicago Kansas City Atlanta or Los Angeles office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement solid law firm or clerking experience and superb research writing and communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have at 3 years of litigation experience preferably with a focus on privacy litigation. Candidates must have experience in managing all elements of case workup and trial preparation and strong legal research and writing experience including but not limited to the drafting of briefs complaints pretrial motions memoranda and discovery requests. Knowledge and experience with federal state and international privacy laws is also a plus.
Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required.

Compensation: Salary will range between $230000 $390000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
