Manager of OffSite Operations
Our client is a leading industry provider and one of Canadas largest suppliers of services to the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking a Manager of OffSite Operations to join their team in Vancouver.
The Manager of OffSite Operations will play a key role in overseeing customer service and offsite operational activities. This position ensures seamless service delivery to clients by managing a dedicated team of Customer Service Managers offsite employees and external freight/logistics partners.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Customer Service Managers and offsite employees including leads and supervisors.
- Manage the relationship and performance of the freight contractor ensuring ontime delivery and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with external contract managers from health authorities.
- Implement best practices to deliver exceptional offsite services at hospitals and longterm care facilities.
- Monitor and enhance operational performance to meet customer service goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain or operations particularly in logistics or laborintensive and complex service industries.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to oversee complex operations.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Collaborative decisionmaker with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
