Job Title: Personal Travel Manager (Arabic Speaking)

The Role:
A distinguished brand in elite lifestyle and travel management renowned for crafting bespoke experiences for highnetworth individuals worldwide with a commitment to excellence and discretion is seeking a native Arabicspeaking Personal Travel Manager to join the London team.
This role is designed for an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional travel and lifestyle solutions. You will be responsible for managing exclusive travel arrangements and providing tailored services to our Arabicspeaking clients ensuring an unparalleled experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage bespoke travel itineraries including flights accommodations private transportation and luxury experiences tailored to individual client preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabicspeaking clients ensuring a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on premium destinations hotels and exclusive experiences leveraging deep knowledge of the luxury travel market.
- Handle all aspects of travel arrangements from visa processing to lastminute changes ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with global partners and suppliers to secure exclusive benefits and offers for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends luxury destinations and lifestyle services to provide clients with innovative recommendations.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in Arabic with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in luxury travel lifestyle management or concierge services with a minimum of 3 years in a clientfacing role.
- Indepth knowledge of highend travel products services and destinations.
- Experience in working on GDS(Global Distribution Systems)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with highnetworth individuals.
