Position Overview:

As a skilled barber at Hairaizing Barbers you will provide highquality grooming services tailored to our clients preferences. This role requires a combination of technical expertise customer service and an eye for detail to ensure each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of mens haircuts including classic styles fades and modern trends.
• Provide professional shaving services including straight razor techniques hot towel shaves and beard grooming.
• Advise clients on styles hair care and grooming products to maintain their look.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation adhering to health and safety standards.
• Build rapport with clients to create a welcoming and professional environment.
• Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in team collaboration and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a skilled barber with expertise in mens grooming.
• Proficient in a variety of cutting techniques including scissors and clippers.
• Advanced shaving skills including the use of straight razors and precision shaping.
• Strong knowledge of grooming trends and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations in the barbering industry.
