11.98 Per Hour

We are looking to recruit a Drivers Mate / Warehouse Operative to work with one of our clients out of their Swanley branch. The role involves heavy lifting early morning punctual starts and good customer service.

The role:

• Helping the driver to deliver and install beds and mattresses to customers homes
• It can also be working in the warehouse with the same products
• All candidates MUST BE HAPPY TO DO BOTH WAREHOUSE AND DRIVERS MATE
• Calling ahead when out on the road and letting customer know estimated times of arrivals
• Lots of heavy lifting involved so must be willing and able to do heavy lifting
• Being polite and courteous at all times when dealing with the customers
• Guiding the driver whilst they reverse out of any space or any road is policy

Specifics:

• 7am starts
• Monday to Saturday MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON A SATURDAY
• Every Sunday off and one day off during the week however during busy periods 6 days are available to be worked
• Finish times can vary but usually finish by 4pm depending on the bookings and traffic.
• 11.98 per hour
• Paid weekly
• Safety Boots are necessary
