The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking a highly qualified midlevel litigation associate with three to six years of experience to join its growing Chambersranked Chancery litigation practice in Wilmington DE. The ideal candidate will have Delaware Chancery Court experience with exposure to matters involving shareholder disputes breach of fiduciary duty claims and other governance issues. Experience with commercial litigation and/or securities litigation is a plus. Excellent writing skills attention to detail and strong academic credentials are required. Our Litigation Department represents a wide range of regional national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represents clients as lead counsel in Delawares Chancery Superior and Supreme Court and in Delaware District Court. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a national law firm with a collegial environment focused on attorney development. Active bar license in Delaware or a willingness to take the Delaware bar is required.
