Our client is a leading Facility Management Company in Qatar which specializes in providing customized facility solutions and services to a diverse range of industries. They are looking to hire a Training and Development InCharge to lead their team of professionals in Doha.
The Training and Development InCharge is responsible for designing implementing and overseeing learning and professional development programs specifically for the cleaning and facility management workforce. This role ensures that cleaning staff supervisors and managers acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively contributing to overall organizational growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of cleaning staff supervisors and office personnel.
- Conduct jobspecific skills training for cleaning techniques equipment handling and safety procedures for bluecollar staff and leadership project management and communication skills for whitecollar employees.
- Assess training needs through onsite visits feedback from supervisors and performance reviews.
- Design and deliver handson training toolbox talks workshops and refresher courses for cleaning teams and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with external training providers for specialized certifications (e.g. health and safety leadership and compliance).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring onthejob performance and conducting assessments.
- Develop career progression and development plans for both bluecollar and whitecollar employees.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new staff across all levels.
- Maintain and update training records ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices to enhance training quality.
- Manage the training budget ensuring costeffective solutions.
- Collaborate with operations site managers and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement safety and professional growth across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development preferably in the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and safety standards for bluecollar staff along with experience in professional development for whitecollar employees.
- Experience delivering practical handson training to bluecollar staff and conducting workshops for office personnel.
- Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills.
- Certification in Training & Development is preferred.
