Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for an Business Analyst, to join a diagnostics company, at their site in Burgess Hill, on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
Daily 339.27 - 414.67 or UMB 450.00 - 550.00.

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK. Their purpose is to deliver life-changing medicines and to do this they are completely science-led and like to share this with the scientific, healthcare and business communities within the UK.
Location:
This role is based at our client s site in Burgess Hill for 2 days per week, with the rest home working.

Business Analyst Role:
- Act as a bridge, facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
- Identify and document the needs and objectives of stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
- Analyse and prioritise requirements to align with project objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Operates effectively within diverse project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Your Background:
- Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in a variety of gathering, analysis and presentation techniques.
- Experience in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a BA.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Experience of business change (people, process, AND technology) projects and initiatives.
