This isn't about churning out designs for off-the-shelf products. We build custom machinery and production line systems tailored to solve unique challenges for industries like logistics, pharma, food & drink, and automotive. Think robotics, conveyors, high speed automated machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems, all working together in a way that's as elegant as it is efficient.

Now we need a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in London.

What you'll be doing

• Turning customer requirements into detailed designs that hit the mark every time.
• Creating 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Inventor, or Solidworks (we're flexible).
• Developing innovative solutions for automated machinery and special-purpose systems.
• Working with Bills of Materials and keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Collaborating with engineers and clients to ensure your designs are practical and on point.
• Handling everything from concept to completion, with plenty of support when you need it.

What we need from you

• Experience designing bespoke automated solutions, fixtures, special-purpose machinery, enclosures, conveyor systems, layout designs, or similar.
• Confidence working with materials and manufacturing processes (and knowing when to challenge the norm).
• The ability to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into workable designs.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software like AutoCAD, Inventor, or Solidworks.
• A solid mechanical engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree/Apprenticeship).
• Great communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and clients.
