Job Description

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations ensuring excellent customer service highquality offerings and efficient operations. This includes managing staff budgets menus and compliance with health and safety standards while achieving financial objectives.

Operational Management:

  • Plan organize and manage daily food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure all service standards and quality expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize menu planning and food preparation.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage budgets control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales revenue and expenses to implement strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory levels and reduce wastage.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit train and supervise F&B team members including servers bartenders and kitchen staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and implement staff development programs.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and responding to guest feedback.
  • Address complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.

Menu and Beverage Management:

  • Work with chefs and beverage suppliers to design innovative seasonal and costeffective menus.
  • Stay updated on food and beverage trends to enhance offerings and maintain competitiveness.

Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions events and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends to attract and retain customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 58 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs.
  • Proficiency in using F&B management software and tools.
  • Creativity in menu planning and event execution.
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Kitchen Management role
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Passion for operational excellence
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.


Additional Information :

Physical demands Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift/pull/push at least 23kg of weight.
  • Ability to bend rotate and reach frequently.
  • Ascending/descending stairs or ladders safely.
  • Ability to maneuver through/in/around small and/or confined areas within the kitchen areas.
  • Must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with job.
