Job Description
Joining us as our Global Junior Graphic Designer offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our brands visual identity and engage with a diverse audience through compelling design work.
As a Junior Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in developing highquality graphics primarily for digital media. Your work will support our marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. You will receive guidance and support from our experienced team fostering your professional growth and helping you bring innovative ideas to life.
Based in the UK the wider global marketing and communications team are experts in our fields and the custodians and drivers of best practice and expertise across all aspects of marketing and business development: brand and profile content and campaigns internal and external communications digital and social media and key client management.
The team has real energy and enthusiasm to make an impact across the business. We are closely aligned to the companys leadership and work in partnership with our marketing teams based across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts brochures and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Experience: 12 years of experience in graphic design (internships and freelance work count).
- Creativity: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
