What will you be doing
We are seeking a talent individual to join our Reward team in London which will work closely with the Senior Reward Business Partner and the rest of the HR team to support the delivery of Evelyn Partners Reward proposition.
As Reward Business Partner your responsibilities will include among others
- Organise the day to day delivery of operational reward activity.
- Provide reward support to the wider HR team
- Support and at times lead the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives
- Manage compensation benchmarking/market surveys working with externally appointed suppliers as appropriate
- Completion of appropriate regulatory returns such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting
- Support financial assessments modelling and process management on matters associated with a colleagues total compensation including salaries bonuses and equity
- Support the annual pay review working closely with the HR Business Partner team.
- Support the bonus budget and accrual process working closely with Finance colleagues and the Senior Reward Business Partner.
- Guide compensation benchmarking analysis
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should have
- Proven Reward experience working in a matrix organisation and working with Finance colleagues
- Considerable analytical numerical and modelling skills including excellent excel skills
- Delivery and results orientated and able to adapt to changing context
- Acute eye for detail
- Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets
- Resilient approachable and affirmative
- Able to adapt style to different audiences
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills
Desired
- Post graduate HR or Finance qualifications preferred
- Understanding of the regulatory framework affecting Financial Services is desirable
