Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Housekeeper to contribute to the creating a bestinclass experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail a passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our property. - Greet all guests owners and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property.
- Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner ensuring all rooms are clean sanitized and presentable.
- Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.
- Notify superiors of any damage defects or disturbances within rooms.
- Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to hotel/resort standards protocols and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests management and coworkers
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Flexible working hours able to work on weekends holidays and evenings
- Valid TN State identification card
- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
