- Support the General Manager Lounge in all Talent & Culture (T&C) aspects and act as the main point of contact for T&Crelated matters.
- Develop communicate and implement strategic T&C policies plans and goals to all team members.
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain talent.
- Prepare and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee compensation and benefits processes.
- Address and resolve all internal and external T&Crelated inquiries.
- Foster a performancedriven culture within lounge operations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of three years of experience as Director of Talent & Culture in premium lounge operations largescale hotels or a multiproperty environment in Asia.
- Proven ability to lead a dynamic team with an enabling and collaborative leadership style.
- Strong expertise in Talent & Culture operations including Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits.
- Solid understanding of performance management and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required.
