Job Description

  • 9 month contract ending September 2025
  • 38 hours a week (full time) Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm 12 weeks on site paid training no call center experience required

About the Role

Working on a 9 month contract & you will work full time hours Monday to Friday where you will primarily receive inbound sales & service enquiries from both potential customers & existing members.

Reporting to the Service Team Manager you will be part of the Parramatta Hybrid team assisting with a range of enquiries relating to the Accor Plus Loyalty Program. Our enquiries include inbound sales calls regarding our Loyalty Program concerns/complaints from existing members and additional requests about our Loyalty product. More specifically you will:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers where you will practice amazing customer service
  • Show strong resilience & problem solving helping resolve complaints from our members
  • Use multiple systems (in addition to the phones) replying to customers via our Email & Social Chat platforms 
  • Come to the Parramatta office once a week to attend to manual paper based work (sending out new cards to customers etc)

About You

No previous call center experience required! Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role you must:

  • Work full time Monday to Friday between 8am & 4pm
  • Be comfortable receiving calls & have the ability to provide amazing service on each & every call
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written in order to respond to Email/chat box enquiries 
  • Commute to the Parramatta office at least once a week to attend to on site paper work
  • Comfortable working on a 9 month contract with no guarantee of extension
