To excel in this role youll need:
Proven experience in sales leadership ideally within the events venue or hospitality sectors.
A track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong understanding of market trends in the events and venue industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strategic mindset with a handson approach to execution.
