- To ensure that Anantara P&C operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
- To assist in all activities concerning the Social Security Workmen Compensation Welfare Committee Health and Safety.
- To ensure all team member has been enroll to Group Life Insurance and submit report for team member who resign.
- To coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
- To ensure all relate of expat documents are in order including tax report annual tax report Book Bank and Social Security ID.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
- Assist in communication of key messages to all team member. Promote employee communication activities and channels to encourage and enable feedback from team member.
- Maintain a positive relationship with team member representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Coordinate and support team for all matters of team member facilities and transport and activities.
- To supervise the subordinate for general work related to people & culture.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Human Resources Business Management Administration or related relevant studies
23 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist and office management role
Specialist on VISA & Work Permit
Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
Experience of working in a fast paced and evolving environment
Ability to demonstrate professionalism discretion and confidentiality at all times
Good Management and planning skills
Additional Information :
- Familiarity with Thai cultural practices and nuances to enhance service quality and guest experiences.
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferably with exposure to Thai.
