- Leverage adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to deliver multimodal learning solutions.
- Lead initiatives to build AI capabilities across the workforce driving adoption and integration of AI tools.
- Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of inclusive engaging learning programs for brokers and team members.
- Manage and mentor a highperforming Learning & Capability team across Australia and the Philippines.
- Use datadriven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning interventions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and cocreate tailored learning solutions.
- Drive key learning projects from conception to execution ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Embed Lendi Groups values into all learning initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in learning and development leadership roles ideally in fastpaced or technologydriven organisations.
- Expertise in adult learning principles instructional design and delivering multimodal learning interventions.
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprisewide learning strategies including upskilling in areas like AI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a geographically distributed team.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex crossfunctional learning projects on time and within budget in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with datadriven approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement.
