Head of Learning and Capability

• Develop and implement a forwardthinking learning strategy aligned with Lendi Groups mission and values.
• Leverage adult learning principles and innovative methodologies to deliver multimodal learning solutions.
• Lead initiatives to build AI capabilities across the workforce driving adoption and integration of AI tools.
• Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of inclusive engaging learning programs for brokers and team members.
• Manage and mentor a highperforming Learning & Capability team across Australia and the Philippines.
• Use datadriven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning interventions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and cocreate tailored learning solutions.
• Drive key learning projects from conception to execution ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Embed Lendi Groups values into all learning initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in learning and development leadership roles ideally in fastpaced or technologydriven organisations.
• Expertise in adult learning principles instructional design and delivering multimodal learning interventions.
• Proven success in designing and implementing enterprisewide learning strategies including upskilling in areas like AI.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a geographically distributed team.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and align diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex crossfunctional learning projects on time and within budget in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with datadriven approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement.
