Job Description
You will work closely with the Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager at the NAPA distribution center in Edmonton AB.

As a Warehouse Lead Hand your main responsibilities will be:
- Supervise all aspects of order preparation from receiving to shipping.
- Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
- Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
- Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
- Ensure the health and safety of workers.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.
- Good understanding of warehousing including shipping/receiving putaway and picking.
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
