About the Role
As a Marketing Expert you will be at the forefront of connecting businesses with tailored advertising solutions. Working with a portfolio of SmalltoMedium Businesses (SMBs) youll help clients achieve their goals through consultative sales indepth product knowledge and personalized strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Contact new and existing clients daily via phone chat and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored advertising solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Strategically manage a book of business prioritizing outreach to maximize client success and revenue growth.
- Customized Solutions: Understand client industries and local market nuances to deliver personalized recommendations.
- Product Mastery: Develop expertise in Facebook Advertising solutions offering proactive and reactive support to optimize client performance.
- Consultative Sales: Improve client experiences through effective product adoption performance analysis and actionable insights.
- Thought Leadership: Share ideas to enhance advertising products and champion client success stories.
- Trend Analysis: Identify market trends solve problems and provide feedback to drive product innovation.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in relationship sales ad sales or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sales crosschannel media and local market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal written and listening).
- Proven ability to build longterm relationships and crosssell/upsell over time.
- Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and excellent problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask manage deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Language Requirement: Native or fluent (C2) English level.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training: 12day program in English with a compensation of 92.80 EUR per week.
- Salary: 1666.98 EUR per month (including base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses plus a food allowance).
- Benefits: Private health insurance meal cards and holiday bonuses.
Work Schedule & Location
- Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00). Includes a 1hour lunch break.
- Location: Lisbon City Center.
- Flexibility: Rotational shifts; schedule provided 4 weeks in advance.
