About the Role
As a Marketing Expert youll connect with SmalltoMedium Businesses (SMBs) to deliver customized advertising solutions that align with their goals. Youll manage a diverse portfolio identify growth opportunities and drive success through expert consultative sales and product optimization.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Engage with Clients: Reach out to new and existing clients daily via phone chat and email offering tailored advertising solutions that meet their business needs.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a client portfolio prioritize outreach and strategically grow revenue for each business.
- Customized Recommendations: Understand the nuances of local markets and industries to deliver targeted advertising advice.
- Product Expertise: Master Facebook Advertising solutions to proactively support and optimize client performance.
- Consultative Selling: Enhance client experiences by driving optimal product adoption analyzing performance and offering datadriven insights.
- ProblemSolving: Stay ahead of market trends address challenges and provide actionable feedback to improve ad products and the customer journey.
- Showcase Success: Highlight client success stories and share innovative ideas to refine strategies and products.
What Were Looking For
- A bachelors degree.
- At least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in relationship sales ad sales or digital marketing.
- Expertise in crosschannel media selling local market dynamics and client relationship building.
- Exceptional communication skills (written verbal and listening).
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently make creative decisions.
- Language Requirement: Native or fluent (C2) English level.
What We Offer
- Training Program: A 12day indepth training session (in English) with a weekly compensation of 92.80 EUR.
- Salary: Competitive monthly package of 1666.98 EUR including base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses and a food allowance.
- Perks: Private health insurance a meal card and additional holiday bonuses.
Schedule & Location
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 1hour lunch break.
- Location: Lisbon City Center.
- Flexibility: Rotational shifts are determined by your shift manager with schedules provided 4 weeks in advance.
