Job Overview:
We are looking for a AzerbaijaniSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team onsite in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Azerbaijani and have B2level English proficiency. While prior customer service experience is a plus it is not required and full training will be provided. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting Azerbaijanispeaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide toptier customer service to Azerbaijanispeaking clients via phone email and live chat.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the companys web services to offer accurate information and troubleshooting support to customers.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing updating and tracking orders as well as supporting them with all web servicerelated queries.
- Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to customers helping them navigate through our digital platforms (training provided).
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani: Native or nearnative proficiency in both written and spoken Azerbaijani.
- B2 English Proficiency: Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to train the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- SelfMotivation: Ability to work in a dynamic onsite environment.
Documents Accepted:
- Residency card (should be valid for more than one year)
- EU citizenship
- Refugee card
- Note: Work permit & blue card are not accepted for this role.
Relocation:
- Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company (if no prior notice is given). Travel documents (eticket and invoice) need to be presented.
- Advance salary of 1056 BGN net is available upon employee request (will be transferred to your bank account within 5 working days).
- If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months of employment any outstanding advance salary payments will be due back and deducted from your final salary.
- Hotel accommodation is booked upon confirmation of your arrival date. If you do not stay at the hotel you must notify them by 12 noon on the booked date. Failure to do so will result in the employee needing to pay for that night.

- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary.
- Additional payment for night hours work (if applicable) as per the approved company program.
- Bonus for important life events (marriage birth or adoption of a child university graduation) of 500 BGN.
