StealthMode StartUp Client is seeking a Corporate Strategist to drive highlevel strategic planning growth initiatives and corporate development for the organization. This role will focus on analyzing business trends identifying strategic opportunities and providing insightful recommendations to guide the companys longterm success.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in corporate strategy financial analysis and market research and a talent for aligning operational initiatives with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the corporate strategy roadmap ensuring alignment with longterm organizational goals.
- Collaborate with CSuite leadership to set strategic objectives milestones and performance metrics.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities including new markets partnerships and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insightful competitive intelligence to inform decisionmaking and strategic positioning.
- Analyze market entry strategies for expansion into new territories or verticals.
- Build financial models and forecasts to evaluate the feasibility of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze profitability ROI and resource allocation across strategic projects.
- Provide strategic input into fundraising efforts and investor presentations.
- Work closely with Product Marketing Finance Operations and Sales teams to align strategies across departments.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Foster a culture of strategic alignment and accountability across teams.
- Identify potential risks to the companys growth and strategic objectives.
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies to address business vulnerabilities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular progress reports to leadership highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Evaluate strategic partnerships mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams on due diligence and deal structuring.
- Stay informed about industry innovations and technological advancements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy management consulting or a similar strategic role.
- Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
- Previous startup experience would be an advantage.
- Degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Proven ability to analyze data interpret trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience conducting market and competitor analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting strategies to stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and departments.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities in highpressure environments.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced startup environment with shifting priorities.
