Are you a sports enthusiast fluent in Polish and English We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and represent a top global sports brand. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fastpaced environment this opportunity is for you!
Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Brand Advocate you will be the primary contact for our Polish and Englishspeaking customers ensuring they have a seamless experience with our brand. Your role is vital in resolving inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat in both Polish and English.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with detailed solutions.
- Investigate and address complex customer inquiries.
- Deliver highquality customer service and build strong customer relationships.

- Remote work: 3500 BGN gross
- Hybrid in Athens: 3400 BGN gross

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday 11:00 am 8:00 pm (5 days per week 40 hours per week).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Passionate about the sports industry (a plus!).
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
