Job Description
WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Automation Engineer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation with a passion for developing and implementing robust and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industrystandard tools .
- Collaborate with software developers QA analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify testing needs.
- Analyze test results identify and report defects and track issues to resolution.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to release.
- Continuously improve test coverage and automation effectiveness.
- Stay current with the latest testing methodologies tools and technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to test automation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the overall testing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing with at least 1 years of experience in test automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies .
- Experience with test automation frameworks .
- Experience with programming languages .
- Experience with SQL and databases.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
