We Are Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Croatian Speaker)
Location: Romania
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Croatian to join our international team in Romania. If you are passionate about customer service thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a solutionsdriven mindset we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Croatian through various channels (phone email chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions including queries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to achieving team goals and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proficiency in English (for internal communication).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customerfirst attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
