WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and software solutions that support our mission of providing excellent patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of both frontend and backend development excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement web applications and software solutions using various technologies (e.g. JavaScript React Node.js Python Java .NET SQL NoSQL databases).
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with thirdparty systems.
Write clean efficient and welldocumented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other developers to deliver highquality products.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our systems.
Ensure application performance security and scalability.
Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer 2.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js).
Solid understanding of backend development using languages like Node.js Python Java .NET or similar.
Experience with database technologies (e.g. SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
