Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential CIHS CCS and day programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a DSP you will work with the person served to provide coaching supervision and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation medication administration meal preparation /or and assistance with personal cares.
Qualifications :
- Must have a high school diploma or GED Certification
- Prefer some education training and/or experience in a related area
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
