Job Description: Inside Sales Representative (FlemishSpeaking)
Location: Mlaga Spain (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (39 hours/week)
Salary: Competitive Salary PerformanceBased Incentives

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Flemish and has B2level English to join our growing team in Mlaga Spain. As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding the companys customer base. This is an onsite fulltime position where you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting solutions to meet customer needs.

In this role you will leverage your communication skills market knowledge and understanding of customer needs to build lasting relationships and contribute directly to the companys success. Previous sales experience is a plus but what matters most is your enthusiasm motivation and ability to thrive in a dynamic performancedriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by actively prospecting qualifying and engaging potential customers primarily in Flemishspeaking markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and effective communication.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions by presenting products and services that align with their business objectives.
  • Engage in cold calling email outreach and followups to identify potential leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing contracts and service agreements with clients in accordance with company guidelines ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently maintaining accurate records of interactions opportunities and progress within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Provide product demos presentations and consultations to prospects effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Follow up with clients postsale ensuring smooth transitions and continued satisfaction with products or services.

Profile Requirements:

  • Fluency in Flemish (C2) both written and spoken is required for effective communication with Flemishspeaking clients.
  • English proficiency (B2 level) is essential for working with international teams and clients.
  • Proven sales experience or a passion for pursuing a career in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
  • A goaloriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and close sales effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Motivated selfdriven and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • A passion for sales technology and helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prior experience in inside sales B2B sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
