Job Description
To provide food/ service to consistent high standarts;
To ensure smooth running of daily operations;
To manage stock levels;
Ensure the high level presentation of the food.
Qualifications :
5 year work experience in a hotel;
Lebanese cuisine (compulsory);
Arabic cuisine (preferably);
Knowledge of English language (compulsory);
Knowledge of Turkish Russian and Kazakh languages (preferably).
