Your responsibilities:
- Setting frameworks and guidelines for departments in collaboration with department heads;
- Ensuring department heads realize the vision for their departments and help them when needed;
- Optimizing work processes;
- Being savvy in solving operational IT processes;
- Monitoring budgets margins and creating action plans for budget overruns;
- Identifying areas for improvement and offering support to department heads;
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for

- With 5 years of operational experience as a department head of the Front Office and F&B;
- A creative and empathetic coach who takes time for their employees and inspires them;
- Someone with a good helicopter view who has a hands on mentality and dares to make decisions;
