Location
: Remote (EST Preferred)
Salary Range
: Up to $2200 USD per month

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized communicative and valuesdriven Recruitment Manager to oversee our highvolume recruitment efforts and manage direct reports. Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruitment and Onboarding this role collaborates closely with Onboarding and Compliance teams operations managers and selected vendors to meet departmental hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HighVolume Recruitment Management Oversee recruitment processes for designated metro areas ensuring timely and quality hires.Utilize online platforms to generate leads and source candidates.
    Maintain updated recruitment materials including interview rubrics questions and job postings. Execute and monitor driver referral programs. Utilize online platforms to generate leads and source candidates.
  • Strategic Recruitment Support Collaborate with senior management to enhance the applicant experience. Conduct A/B testing on job ads to optimize performance.
  • Online Presence Management Keep online profiles and recruitment pages updated and engaging. Collect reviews from current drivers and escalate negative feedback for resolution.
  • Team Oversight Manage direct reports ensuring they meet hiring goals and maintain high performance. Evaluate and improve team metrics coaching staff to enhance recruitment conversion rates.
    Ensure all training materials are uptodate.
  • Operational Excellence Listen to call recordings to provide feedback and training for improved recruitment outcomes. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
  • Additional Duties Perform other recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a recruitment specialist or sourcer with a proven track record.
  • 2 years of experience managing remote teams with diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Gmail Google Docs Sheets Slides) or Microsoft Office equivalents.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working in fastpaced and adaptive environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or sales roles especially in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with physician practices and their operational challenges.

Nice to Haves:

  • 2 years of experience managing outsourced recruitment vendors.
  • Familiarity with tools like Fountain.
