Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM and 5:00 PM (CST)

NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Admin Assistant who thrives in a fastpaced environment and excels in managing multiple demands. The ideal candidate will provide strategic administrative and project management support to the executive team ensuring smooth operations and allowing the team to focus on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive assistance including managing emails and calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings.
Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive.
Set up eSignature documents and ensure proper completion.
Handle orders purchases and expenses ensuring everything is organized and filed correctly.
Book travel and accommodations always seeking the best deals.
Plan and execute various team events and offsites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support ideally reporting to one or more executives.
Experience in a fastpaced rapidly growing environment (preferably in SaaS or consulting/agency environments).
Highly proficient in Google GSuite Apps (Docs Sheets Gmail etc.).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A cando attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.

NicetoHaves:

Degree diploma or certificate from a postsecondary institution.
High attention to detail with a focus on grammar and accuracy.
Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and stay organized.
