Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst/ Controller
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM and 6:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Financial Analyst / Controller to join our team. This role focuses on finance client support and project management primarily within service businesses and ecommerce sectors. The successful candidate will start by helping onboard new clients and eventually manage 35 clients with the assistance of a Fractional CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and assist in providing strategic recommendations to clients.
Oversee bookkeeping monthend close and accounting procedures for clients.
Prepare financial forecasts cash flow models and ad hoc reporting.
Research create and follow standard operating procedures.
Attend client calls and build strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work independently and remotely managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Utilize financial software and tools including accounting systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations preferably in service businesses and ecommerce.
Strong understanding of financial principles accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Effective communication skills in English; accent is not a priority.
NicetoHaves:
Experience with software such as FathomHQ Syft Xero Books and ClickUp.
Previous clientfacing roles.
Leadership experience.
