Job Description
As a Supply Chain Officer your main tasks will be to:
Responsible for sourcing selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing delivery and payment term
Issue PO to supplier/ vendor
Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule
Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter
Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment
Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired timeframe
Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg KL & JB)
Keep track inventory flow to identify stock moving
Adhoc task as assign by superior or management
Qualifications :
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
35 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
