Job Description
Consisting of highnetworth individuals and their representatives our sales consultants arrange private jets charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.
Joining the company as a trainee you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 12 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time you will see firsthand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list work with HNWI and of course how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering exceptional service to your clients.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services essential
- Exceptional communication skills & fluency in a second language essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ambitious motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
- Hardworking and flexible this role is not simply 95
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
- MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice
- Must hold a full UK drivers license

35000K Base Salary 10% Uncapped Commission
