Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects ($25K$5M) from inception to completion serving as primary point of contact for clients and superintendents
- Ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee project documentation including contracts meeting minutes change orders and submittals using Procore
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator on financial aspects including payment applications and lien releases
- Review and interpret plans and specifications while supporting field and estimating staff
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while pursuing new business opportunities
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with corporate policies
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in a technical constructionrelated field (i.e.: architecture construction management engineering) preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 24 years of Project Management experience in a Tenant Improvement/Restoration construction environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of computer operations and standard software packages.
- Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to demonstrate experience in the management of construction designs budgets and schedules.
- Experience in delivery of projects ontime and onbudget.
- Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with superiors coworkers clients and subcontractors
- Able to provide oversight and direction to junior staff
