Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a resilient and goaloriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of NOA our advanced AIpowered platform specifically designed to revolutionize healthcare by improving efficiency and enhancing patient care. This exciting role will focus on identifying potential customers generating leads and initiating meaningful conversations to expand our footprint in the healthcare sector. 

Your Main Tasks Will Include:

  • Outreach (60%): Conduct outreach to prospects via phone email and social media to introduce our AI solutions and generate interest.
  • Lead Generation (30%): Research and identify potential clients through various channels including social media industry events and databases.
  • Qualification (10%): Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads based on our target market criteria.

Youll work closely with Sales Executives AI the Sales Leader AI the Operations team and other key stakeholders to achieve our sales goals.


Qualifications :

What Will Make You Shine

  • Experience: At least 1 year in outbound lead generation cold calling or a similar sales role within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish: Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Resilience and ProblemSolving: Ability to handle challenges think critically and find effective solutions.

NicetoHave Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS business models.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
